Every Month the DSA Committee hold a meeting with Members of the supporters liaison team from LCFC. This gives the committee to voice issues raised from Supporters and make sure Changes that are made around the club will not impact those who need extra support at games.
On matchdays, there is a dedicated stewarding team to help supporters to ensure they enjoy their matchday experience.
Each area of the ground has access for wheelchair users, while the concourses have accessible toilets, with access granted via RADAR keys, If you don't have a RADAR key you can obtained the use of one from stewards or a member of LCFCs corporate stewards team.

Audio descriptive service Headsets with full descriptive commentary can be provided for visually impaired supporters.
These are available on matchday.
Headsets should be returned to the same location after the match.

Hearing loops Hearing loops are fitted and clearly signed at various locations around King Power Stadium.

Away Travel The Club also provide wheelchair accessible coach travel for all away fixtures throughout the season.
Disability Matters Shopping. In April 2023 LCFC launched Disability Matters Shopping Hour.
The dedicated shopping hour will take place on the third Wednesday of every month as the Football Club takes steps to become an even more accessible organisation.
from 9:30am-10:30am will be an opportunity for people with disabilities to have their own private shopping experience.
Membership cards, Scarfs and Pin Badges.
DSA members get a personalised DSA logo Access Card as proof of Membership, Members can show these to Stewards and they will be able to use the code on the cards to know what extra support a fan may need on match days, We also provide members with a DSA scarf and Pin badge which we also show stewards around the ground and members of staff in the Fanstore that extra support is needed.
